Long Code SMS Service also known as a VMN- Virtual Mobile Number is the reception mechanism used by Business to receive Messages. It is just like a 10 digits mobile number but all the responses are directly captured and Stored on a web Interface, which facilitated the management of responses by the organisations

Types of Long Code Service

1. Shared Long Code Service

In Shared Long code service a Keyword is assigned to the organization and the number is used by multiple organizations. All the Incoming messages are distributed to the organization on the basis of the first word (Also called Keyword) of the message received.


1. Long Code will be of 10 Digit
2. End user will be charged with regular mobile to mobile SMS charges
3. Available Shared Long code : 8082807676
4. Charges will be applied on per keyword basis
5. Unlimited free Sub Keywords can be created
6. Responses can be forwarded on the pre-defined URL of the organization, if required
7. Auto response can be predefined
8. Charges of auto response will be additional for which SMS Pack needs to be taken

2. Dedicated Long Code Service

In Dedicated Long code service Multiple Keyword are assigned to a single organization and the Number is used by a Single Organization.


1. Long Code will be of 10 Digit
2. Charges will be applied per Number
3. Unlimited Keywords can be created
4. Responses can be forwarded on the pre-defined Url of the organization, if required
5. Auto response can be predefined
6. Charges of auto response will be additional for which SMS Pack needs to be taken
7. Number options will be provided, additional charges may apply if any premium number is required

For every keyword and sub keywords you can manage your reply message. Real time reports downloading in excel format is available with the panel.

Live Report

Reports will be updated in real time and the same is applicable for webhook users also so that they can also get the benefit of real time reporting system. Download reports for daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, annually or for customized date range in excel format. Separate download of reports for main keyword as well as sub keywords.
